The subsidy amounts are allocated to individuals, FPOs, FCOs, SHGs, JLGs, and other stakeholders under this scheme, both at the national level and specifically for Uttar Pradesh and the Sonipat District of Haryana. In Uttar Pradesh, 145 NLM-EDP projects have been approved, totalling a sanctioned subsidy of Rs 32.91 crores. This initiative has created employment for 846 individuals and supported 5,978 farmers. It is also projected to contribute to an annual fodder production capacity of 28,000 MT, helping to induct 30,371 livestock and 2,200 poultry birds into the system. In Haryana, 13 NLM-EDP projects have received approval under the scheme, with a total sanctioned subsidy of Rs 4.06 crore. This initiative has generated employment for 62 individuals and positively impacted 144 farmers. Moreover, the approved projects are expected to contribute to an annual fodder production capacity of 2,400 MT and will support the induction of 3,940 livestock and poultry birds into the system.
