The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is here to save you with another purity test and this time it’s for the most common summer staple, curd.

The adulterated curd contains fatty acids which may increase the risk of heart diseases and cholesterol. So, if you are not preparing dahi at home, it's best to conduct an adulteration test before consumption.
