The FoSTaC programme was inaugurated by Dr Praveen Andrews – Trainer, Mr Digambar Mangeshkar – Operation Manager of Hotel Manoshanti; Mr Hemanshu Chauhan – Assistant Secretary General, HRAWI and Mr Sandeep Bhaud – Assistant IT Manager, HRAWI.

HRAWI and FSSAI share a united vision to drive positive change and elevate the hospitality sector’s reputation for excellence in food safety,” says Mr Pradeep Shetty, President, HRAWI.
Through FoSTaC programmes, participants immerse themselves in critical areas of operations in hospitality environment, gaining a comprehensive understanding of food safety practices and honing the skills required to implement them efficiently in daily operations. HRAWI has successfully trained and certified 2686 professionals in FSSAI’s FoSTaC Training Program.
