They found the hotel was using expired items and had a dirty kitchen environment. The hotel was also preparing
biryani using improperly stored mutton, and the same
food was being reheated and served to customers. As a
result of these findings, the hotel owner has been fined 1
lakh, and a case has been registered for unsanitary practices.
